The Translations have become much more vague and discussing than I had intended.
The subject matter in the TRANSLATIONS file is therefore not much different in character
than that in INDEX. A consequence must be, I think, that the subject matter in INDEX will have to change. This change is implemented here and now. In INDEX - i.e. primarily in the htm.pages you are reading now - I intend to focus on the further development of this site. It has grown to such a size that I have to pay attention to where it all is leading. At this point the reader should return to the Translations and read the 2nd phase. The 2nd phase of the Translations contains the translation subdivisions which number from 22 up to and including 30.
