Although I have decided that both INDEX and TRANSLATIONS should be static and never changed
(even if misprints or other worse faults were discovered), there is no
obstacle (as I regard it) to change in the hyperlinks or other accessory parts of
the htm.files. The copies of the htm.pages in INDEX and TRANSLATIONS will not be
changed because of that. One example of this is the 'up' hyperlink mentioned two pages ago. Such a functional improvement in the translation htm.files of course must be implemented also in the earlier written such pages. But I will not change in their doc.copies. The hyperlinks copied into doc.files are not meant to be used. Maybe other functional improvements in the htm.files will be introduced later (better pictures?). But the same principle will then rule: Subject matter texts which have been copied from htm to doc will be unchangeable, while functional improvements which may retroactively be implemented in the htm.files shall not be retroactively introduced into the doc.files TRANSLATIONS or INDEX.
