239. The increase with 0.4 right ascension days from Venus in December 21 AD 2023 to Venus in December 21 AD 2031 suggests we should go on to December 21 AD 2047 (= 2031 + 2 * 8) in order for Venus to reach Zuben Elschemali; 230.8 - 230.0 = 0.8 = 2 * 0.4.
However, there seems to be no good reason to expect Venus to reach exactly to Zuben Elschemali:
We can count 15h17m25.67s (Venus in Dec 21 AD 2047) - 15h12m21.00s (Venus in Dec 21 AD 2023) in order to find out how quickly Venus moves ahead in the Gregorian calendar as the years go by. 15h17m25.67s - 15h12m21.00s = 05m04.67s 05m04.67s / (2047 - 2023) = 05m04.67s / 24 = 304.67s / 24 = ca 101 seconds in 8 years. 584 = 8 * 365 / 5 = 8 * 365.25 - 2 = 2920. 5 * 584 = 2920 assumes a year measuring 365 days. The average Gregorian year is approximately 365.2425 days long and therefore: 584 = 8 * 365.2425 + 0.06 = 2920. And 8 * 365.2425 / 5 = 584.388. My assumed length for the synodic cycle of Venus is based on information from a reliable old encyclopedia in my book shelf, but 584 has there been given as the whole number for the days of the cycle. The devil lies in the details and in the ideal synchronous cosmos we should look in an other direction. 1841 = 263 weeks and 18 * 41 = 6 * 123.
For instance could we contemplate the fact that the picture below of Phaeton (Tavake) incorporates a new generation:
