It is necessary to investigate whether my suggestion about the location a1-24 being related in meaning to a7-24 was based on a pure chance observation, or if there may have been such a structure in the minds of the rongorongo writers. We should start by making a table for C:
I stop here - not much evidence can be found for a very special nature connected with -24. The 'youngsters' at right in the table can equally well be explained by the appearance of new glyph lines. In A that is no problem. We try again with that text:
Not much is gained here either, that is my judgment. Maybe the suspected structure is confined only to a1-24 and a7-24? If so we should look closer at only those locations:
No, the method is not very fruitful. We leave it. We must remember this is not science, repeated experiments are not liable to give the same results. Life is not mechanical, it is variation on structure - within limits. Instead, back to the unique:
In the important interval Ca7-1--24 there ought to be some structural resemblance with the end of the K text:
Not much can be noted. But possibly haś (Ca7-15 and Kb5-14) together with adjoining 'hua' glyphs are comparable:
7-14 at 182 (half 364) for the moon has hua, while 5-14 at 186 (6 * 31) for the sun has haś. The vowel u comes first for the moon, the vowel a for the sun. The mouth is more open at a than at u. The feather marks on haś makes it come before the glyph with a 'fruit' hanging down at right in Kb5-15, because K describes the path of the sun. In the moon calendar, of course, it must be hua which comes first. Then we have Ca7-9, with a very clear sign:
