There are 7 glyphs at the beginning and 6 at the end of these twice 53 = 106 glyphs. If we subtract them (7 and 6) , the result is 93 = 3 * 31 glyphs. I guess 31 here means the 'mirror image' of 13 (which refers to the end station). The beginning of the Keiti text should be the beginning.
