9. Will this situation (when Mars was at the Heavenly Gate with his feet backwards so to say, how else could he suddenly go withershins in the opposite direction) come back at the same place also in November in AD 2023? I think we should approach an answer to this question by moving carefully ahead about a month at a time:

The last relevant position we know of is AD 2023 April 14 (4-14,104, *24, i.e. 20 days after the Julian equinox), when Mars should be due to reach the star at the knee of the outstretched (mebsuta) leg of Castor:

April 14 is 31 days after 'the π day' 3-14 (Mars 14, 73 = 365 / 5) and 45 (= 360 / 8) days after the Day of All Hearts (2-14, February 14), when Captain Cook was assassinated.

... The Hawaiian woman who was interviewed chuckled because the assassination of Captain Cook coincided with the day we have named All Hearts' Day - when in February 14 (2-14) the war-god Kuu returned to power ...

Therefore I thought it would be interesting to look also at the situation in May 14 (5-14). Due to the increasing Sun light I adjusted the observation input from 21h to 23h:

At left we can recognize the head of Leo, in the middle is Cancer, and to the right Gemini - remarkably with the leg of Pollux illustrated as if cut off at his knee Mekbuda (Compressed, ζ Geminorum).

Mars appears now to be on his own between Castor and Cancer, while Venus has arrived nearly to the place of Mebsuta (Outstretched, ε Geminorum).

Could the editors of the program Cartes du Ciel here for once have made an exception, in order to draw attention?

... July 4 is the 185th day of the year (186th in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar. There are 180 days remaining until the end of the year. The Aphelion, the point in the year when the Earth is farthest from the Sun, occurs around this date ...

They could have intended to illustrate the idea of contracted, because when I changed the input date from May 14 to May 13 the line down from ζ  to γ (Alhena, also denominated as 24 Geminorum) was still in its place. But in the next day the shinbone (shining front part of the leg) of Pollux had been eliminated so to say, after 5-13 → 513 = 19 * 27.

Maybe ζ Geminorum (*105 → 101 + 4) at the uplifted knee of Pollux together with the contrasting Outstretched (mebsuta) leg of Castor (*100) once upon a time had defined a 'Gate of Cancer'.

Indeed the fish hook at glyph 41 could have alluded to how once upon a time Pollux (The Eastern One of the Twins) here - at Beltaine - was uplifted.

... The principal word for 'fish' in most Dravidian languages is min, which has an ancient homophone meaning 'star', both probably derivatives of the root min 'to glitter' ... Fish are actually unable to close their eyes, and the fact that 'when the fish sleeps it does not close its eyes' was noticed by ancient Indians. The dot-in-a-circle similar to that occuring among the trefoils of the Harappan priest-king's robe is identical with the eye of the many small hare- and fish-shaped amulets discovered on the lower levels of Harappa ...

... Men's spirits were thought to dwell in the Milky Way between incarnations. This conception has been handed down as an Orphic and Pythagorean tradition fitting into the frame of the migration of the soul. Macrobius, who has provided the broadest report on the matter, has it that souls ascend by way of Capricorn, and then, in order to be reborn, descend again through the 'Gate of Cancer'. Macrobius talks of signs; the constellations rising at the solstices in his time (and still in ours) were Gemini and Sagittarius: the 'Gate of Cancer' means Gemini ...
