Possibly the circuit of Lono (23 days) referred to the precessional distance (*64 - *41) down from the time of Bharani to that of the Bull (when Hyadum II had been at 0h).

At the time of the Bull the pair μ Aurigae and μ Leporis would have risen with the Sun in APRIL 3 (*13 + *365 = *378) which was easy to remember because 378 nights was the synodic cycle of Saturn (Makoi):

Perhaps Makoi had been inspired by the resemblance between the 3 'stones' (islets) down in the southwest (toga) and the 3 'stone heaps' on the Gizah cemetary plateau on the western bank of the Nile.

These pyramids had anciently been built in the image of the 3 'stones' (stars) in the Belt of Orion - and evidently in memory of the time when the last Ice Age was ending (around 10500 BC).

(1842 AD + 10500 BC) / 71 = ca 174 = 364 - 190 = 6 * 29.

And the page number in the manuscript (E:86) could have been used as a hint of the position of Rei when the Full Moon was at κ Orionis (the Sword, Saiph) - the last star in the triangular pattern for rebirth south of the equator:
