For the record, these 10 Rogo glyphs are all that I can find in H:
Only Hb11-7 has the peculiar right 'wing' sign we recognize from C:
Hb11-7 has ordinal number 551 (= 19 * 29) counted from Hb1-1. If we add 648 (side a), the sum becomes 551 + 648 = 1199 (= 11 * 109). From Ha1-4 it will be 1199 - 3 = 1196 = 100 less than 1296. From Friday (Hb9-48) its glyph number will be 192 + 1196 = 1388 (= 92 + 1296). The proper way to measure seems to be from Ha1-1 and divide by 3:
Hb11-9 is the same type of glyph which appears e.g. at Ga7-21 and Ga7-30:
Koti at Hb6-39 seems to be connected with some earlier event than winter solstice. An event which arrives ca 400 - 314 = 86 days (a quarter) earlier should be autumn equinox:
Once again, we started out from Friday:
If we instead count from Ha1-1, the ordinal number for Hb3-6 will be 753 (equal to day 251, a prime number). Order is established by adding 64 days to 250 in order to reach koti at 314, and day 251 will instead connect to Rogo:
The 'mock king' comes later:
Counted from Ha1-1 he will be glyph number 988, the first glyph in day 330.
Looking again at the group of 10 Rogo glyphs, we still have not defined the roles of e.g. Hb9-1. Day numbers are inserted:
Hb9-1 is glyph number 1061 counted from Ha1-1, in the center of day 354, with Hb8-51 close by:
Maybe they form a pair in order to put focus on the moon. They mark the end of 12 lunar months. Hb8-29 has ordinal number 1035 counted from Ha1-1, equal to the end of day 345 (= 15 * 23). |
