Next page (from the link labelled '314'):

If the end of a cycle is illustrated by the glyphs as a 'break' in day number 314 (counted from a presumed winter solstice day), then we should try to count backwards from Hb3-6 (where also the numbers seem to allude to a break) in order to find a beginning of the cycle, 3 * 314 = 942 glyphs earlier:

Hb3-4 Hb3-5 Hb3-6
64 + 250 = 314

With Hb3-6 as day number 64 + 750 / 3 = 314, we can count 3 * 314 = 942. On side b Hb3-6 is glyph number 105. If we subtract 105 from 942 there will remain 837 glyphs, a number greater than 648, the number of glyphs on side a:

a1 50 50 b1 *51 (?) 51
a2 58 108 b2 48 99
a3 52 160 b3 47 146
a4 56 216 b4 51 197
a5 59 275 b5 57 254
a6 *69? 344 b6 54 308
a7 *51? 395 b7 50 358
a8 *54? 449 b8 *54 (?) 412
a9 *53? 502 b9 65 477
a10 *67? 569 b10 67 544
a11 *58? 627 b11 53 597
a12 *21? 648 b12 *51? 648
sum *648? sum *648?

837 - 648 = 189. Counting backwards from line Hb12 we have 51 + 53 + 67 + 65 = 236(!), and 236 - 189 = 47, i.e. Hb9-47 is our glyph:

Glyph numbers and days below are counted from Ha1-4.
Hb9-42 Hb9-43 Hb9-44 Hb9-45 Hb9-46 Hb9-47 (1104)
367 1104 / 3 = 368

We have arrived to the end of Thursday. The cycle of the H text is ending here (at least according to this reading). In order to get the numbers right we must, though, add 192 glyphs (64 days):

Glyph numbers and days below are counted from Hb9-48.
Hb9-42 Hb9-43 Hb9-44 Hb9-45 Hb9-46 Hb9-47 (1296)
367 + 64 = 431 1296 / 3 = 432

Here I earlier committed a curious mistake, counting Hb3-6 not as glyph number 99 + 6 = 105 (on side b) but as glyph number 156:

... With Hb3-6 as 750 / 3 + 64 = 314, we should count 3 * 314 = 942, and on side b Hb3-6 is glyph number 156. 942 - 156 = 786 > 648. 786 - 648 = 138. Counting backwards from line Hb12 we have 51 + 53 + 67 = 171 > 138. 171 - 138 = 33, i.e. Hb10-33 is our glyph:

Glyph numbers and days below are counted from Ha1-4.
Hb10-22 (1044) Hb10-23 Hb10-24 Hb10-25 Hb10-26 Hb10-27
382 383
Hb10-28 (1150) Hb10-29 Hb10-30 Hb10-31 Hb10-32 Hb10-33 (1155)
384 = 2 * 192 = 6 * 64 385 = 11 * 35

How did I arrive at 156? Presumably by thinking 150 + 6 = 156.

But where did I get 150, then? Presumably by writing 150 instead of 250.

Mistakes come by way of the subconscious. Here it played a trick on me.

Probably my subconscious has here told me that there is another way to count, at least equally good as the one I was consciously trying out.

Glyph number 1155 (tao at Hb10-33) is really correctly counted from Ha1-4. By adding 3 * 64 = 192 we can recalibrate after manu rere in Thursday:

Glyph numbers and days below are counted from Hb9-48.
48
Hb9-45 Hb9-46 Hb9-47 (1296) Hb10-31 Hb10-32 Hb10-33 (1347)
1296 / 3 = 432 16 (1347 - 1296) / 3 = 17
