Having established as 'fact' the equation 2 glyphs = 1 day, it is possible to investigate each of the two sides of the rongorongo texts separately:

side b with 664 glyphs = 332 days
260 400
Ab4-17 Ab4-18 Ab4-19 Ab4-20
130 days 131-132 200

I have black-marked niu at Ab4-17 (where 4 * 17 = 68) because its ordinal number is 261 = 9 * 29. My 'map' is ordered with 260 glyphs (130 days) as one group before the arrival of the ominous 261. Ab4-17 stands where a viri could be expected, but no such glyph is close in the text.

400 glyphs at right (200 days) gives a nice picture. Side b has 13 * 10 days at left and 20 * 10 days at right. However, moe in Ab4-18 should presumbaly be interpreted to mean that next season begins with Ab4-19. If so, then 201 days could have been intended. 201 = 3 * 67, and if we remember 68 at Ab4-17 a number play could be 68 + 67 = 136 - i.e. the first (1) 'year' (36).

200 days we recognize:

84 115 104 9 93 63
Ga5-5 (116) Ga8-17 (221) Gb4-3 (324) Gb6-5 (388)
200 208 = 8 * 26 64 = 8 * 8

But to reach 200 at Ga5-5 we must start counting from Gb6-6:

Gb6-5 Gb6-6 Gb6-7
Gb6-8 Gb6-9 Gb6-10
Gb6-11 Gb6-12 Gb6-13
Gb6-14 Gb6-15 Gb6-16

We should rather count 200 days from Ga3-3 (which is in parallel with Ab4-19--20). Its ordinal number is 63:

Ga2-27 Ga2-28 Ga2-29 Ga3-1 Ga3-2 Ga3-3 (63) Ga3-4 Ga3-5

63 + 200 = 263 is at Gb2-7, a glyph which has a tamaiti sign:

Gb1-21 (251) Gb1-22 Gb1-23 Gb1-24 Gb1-25 Gb1-26 Gb2-1 Gb2-2
Gb2-3 Gb2-4 Gb2-5 (261) Gb2-6 Gb2-7 (263) Gb2-8 Gb2-9 Gb2-10 (266)

We can now add side a to the picture:

side b with 664 glyphs = 332 days
260 400
Ab4-17 Ab4-18 Ab4-19 Ab4-20
130 days 131-132 200
side a with 670 glyphs = 335 days
480 188
Aa6-65 Aa6-66 (1146)
240 day 573 94
95

332 days on side b together with 240 days before vai at Aa6-65 sums up to 572 days (maybe alluding to 5 * 72 = 360). But 572 is also = 22 * 26.

95 (5 * 19) days remain at the end of side a.

18 * 26 = 468, 208 of which are defined by Ga5-5 and Gb4-3:

84 115 104 9 93 63
Ga5-5 (116) Ga8-17 (221) Gb4-3 (324) Gb6-5 (388)
200 208 = 8 * 26 64 = 8 * 8

260 days + 4 extra remain. Where are the 4 extra days?

There are two main alternatives, either beyond Gb4-3 or at the end of 388:

Gb3-25 Gb3-26 Gb3-27 Gb3-28 Gb3-29 Gb3-30
Gb4-1 Gb4-2 Gb4-3 Gb4-4 Gb4-5 Gb4-6
Gb4-7 (328) Gb4-8 Gb4-9 Gb4-10 Gb4-11 Gb4-12
Gb4-13 Gb4-14 Gb4-15 Gb4-16 Gb4-17

Once again we arrive at a tamaiti glyph (Gb4-7) - and 47. The other alternative is also quite possible, though:

Gb5-29 Gb6-1 Gb6-2 Gb6-3 Gb6-4
Gb6-5 Gb6-6 Gb6-7

But it seems better - according to the glyphs - to count Gb6-1 among the 4 and not Gb6-5. A result of such a change is that we arrive at 201 (exactly as in A):

84 115 104 9 93
Gb6-5 (388) Ga5-5 (116) Ga8-17 (221) Gb4-3 (324)
201 = 3 * 67 208 = 8 * 26
58
Gb5-29 Gb6-1 (384) Gb6-2 Gb6-3 Gb6-4 (387)
63 = 3 * 21

Gb5-29 (number 29 counted from Gb4-4) has ordinal number 383 = 13 * 29.5 - ½, i.e. Roto Iri Are.
