Once again a great head is raised high, but now with an extraordinarily long neck and flanked by two 'arms'.

... Somewhere in The Eighth Land is mentioned that this part of the island was named 'the neck of the turtle'. It makes sense if we think of the turtle as the 'earth turtle' of Easter Island. The high Poike in the east will then be the head of the land and the line of fire across the neck could represent a noose with which the turtle is caught ...

Let's compare these 'arms':

1b 2b 3b
4b 5b 6b

If we regard the set of 6 glyphs in 4b, 5b, and 6b as unmarked, without signs, then half of the glyphs in 1b, 2b and 3b will be marked.

One of the signs in these marked glyphs is another type of 'arm'. In the left of the pair of glyphs of 2b and 3b the 'arm' looks similar to a 'club'. This 'club' coincides (on purpose) with the pair of places where the right part of maitaki is missing.

And a little dot for drawing attention has evidently been placed to the right of this 'club' in 3b. Then we will perceive this dot also to the right of the corresponding place in 6b. And from there we can also find such a tiny dot in 4b.
