The person at left is a probably the same character as that in Aa7-11, although with his headgear located higher up.

But what is the part at right? Is it the same thing as in Aa7-65? Is it the continuation of the tail in Aa7-6?

Both Aa7-8 and Aa7-65 seem to be located just before Matariki.

Aa7-65 is a kind of maunga (GD28) perhaps representing old age and death, the last phase of Matariki i nika. Is then Aa7-8 a kind of infant maunga? It looks like a cactus plant. And a cactus is located in dry places, far from the wetness of birth.

And a tail (Aa7-6) also represents death, as illustrated e.g. in the stern of the sunboat. The bow part shows the mouth: eating means growing bigger.
