The chosen model for the glyph dictionary - to gradually build
up knowledge for the reader - potentially results in more pages
for each new GD described, cfr the statistics in the table.
There may be some mistakes in my counting pages, but the trends
are what matters, not exact details. The introductory pages
('intro' above) remain constantly ca 5 pages, while the rest
varies much more. There seems to be a maximum around 30 pages for
a GD. If there will be 100 GD:s with an average of 20 pages it means
the 'first level' of the dictionary will measure 2,000 pages! Not to mention a second
level!
