The 'mother' glyph (Gb2-21) possibly is different from GD33 (and GD71) because it is an adaptation of GD19. That is the impression I get from the fact that we find GD19-type glyphs in the surroundings:
Though still Gb2-21 differs in having too short branches without endings with bent spurs. Is Gb2-21 a kind of pun induced by all the 8 surrounding GD19-type glyphs? Anyhow GD19 is hau according to Metoro and this kind of branch (minus the 'feather' marks) probably is the origin of structure in GD33 (and GD71), a double branch (like in Gb1-6). |
