If we then should turn around and count from Polaris and ahead we are amply rewarded, because 392 - 27 = 365:

472 (April 16) - 365 = 107 (April 17). But February 29 is in the interval, therefore 472 is April 16 instead of April 17. In an ordinary (non-leap) year *Ca14-29 (392) would be at Gregorian day 81 (March 22) + 391 - 365 = 107 (April 17). In either case the RA day could be defined as number 27.

As to the Hindu station Revati I have earlier supposed its date should be April 8 (464) because of the day number (= 364 + 100). But logic now forces me to relocate the station to Gregorian day 80 + 17 = 97 (April 7 in an ordinary year), but April 6 in a leap year). I.e. 10 days before Sheratan.

However, the glyph text appears to deny my idea that there should be a year with 365 days beginning at April 17. This we can see from the arrangement from *Ca14-18 and which continues on to the beginning of side b:

Cb1-1 (393) Cb1-2 Cb1-3 Cb1-4
E tupu - ki roto o te hau tea ki te henua - te maro

In this arrangment there appears to be 4 * 4 = 16 days from glyph number 381, when Regulus culminated at midnight. Counted from heliacal Sheratan it is day number 381 - 27 = 354:

350
Ca2-1 (27) *Ca14-15 *Ca14-16 *Ca14-17 *Ca14-18 (381)
354 = 12 * 29½

Should we instead count from Sheratan with the measure 29 it means reaching to day 12 * 29 = 348, i.e. to glyph number 26 + 348 = 374 (= 354 + 100 - 80) at March 29 (454):

My assumed right ascension year stretches for 365¼ days (= 24h). Beginning with March 21 (0h = day 0) and counting 374 days ahead means reaching to day 374 - 365.25 = 8¾ or approximately to March 29 = RA day 8. (Unless we should count from March 20 which is a more probable date for the equinox than March 21.)

My intuition tells me that the date should be March 29 and in a leap year - when the problem with the fraction ¼ just has been take care of - March 29 (454) = RA day 9.

Once again Metoro said  te heke:

346
Ca2-1 (27) *Ca14-11 (374)
Te heke te heke
348 = 12 * 29

Possibly Metoro's kua haga hia at *Ca14-13 (where we can count 14 * 13 = 182) refers to η Andromedae:

The 'barren limb' stretching up in *Ca14-13 could be a reflection of the left arm of Andromeda stretching not down but up as viewed from a location south of the equator.

If Metoro's 2nd heke refers to a star in Andormeda, then it ought to be Schedir (α) at the back side of her head:

March 25 26 27 28 29 (88)
Ca1-4 Ca1-5 Ca1-6 Ca1-7 Ca1-8
te rima te hau tea haga i te mea ke  ki te henua - tagata honui te ika te honu

If Schedir was rising with the Sun in March 29 in a leap year, then one could argue that the date in an ordinary year should vary depending on how far it was to the next leap year. But I think such a complication would have been too 'ugly' for the creator of the text. His sense of order would have made him stand fast with March 29 for heliacal Schedir also in an ordinary year. Changing his time of 'heliacal' observation only slightly would have saved his order.

March 29 is Gregorian day 88 (in an ordinary year) as if alluding to Mercury. And Wednesday ('the day of turning around', I think) is the day of Mercury - as e.g. in French mercredi.

In Nordic mythology he was named Odin - as in onsdag, which is Swedish for Wednesday:

Possibly Sleipner has here been forced to accommodate to a rule which says there should be only 4 'limbs', only a 4 quartet of 'longitudes' in a web of time. Although the artist appears to have smuggled in the old view with 8 blue flames around the head of the Sun.
