In Q the upside down vaha kai mouth has been inverted, which maybe could mean 'at the other side of the sky compared to the heliacal rising of Piscis Austrinus':

*Ha7-32 *Ha7-33 *Ha7-34 *Ha7-35 *Ha7-36 (380) *Ha7-37
378 / 3 = 126 (= 2 * 63) 381 / 3 = 127
*Qa7-13 *Qa7-14 (268) *Qa7-15 *Qa7-16 *Qa7-17 *Qa7-18
134 270 / 2 = 135 136

Trying to read Q we are standing on a somewhat more stable ground than when trying to understand the text on the H tablet. Instead of 3 glyphs per day I have suggested 2 glyphs per day, which means vaha kai in *Qa7-16 could be day 270 / 2 = 135 from the beginning of side a.

Uncertainy as to the number of glyphs on the tablet at first appears to be a major obstacle for any attempt to count the Q glyphs:

a1 *23? 23 b1 51 51
a2 43 66 b2 46 97
a3 41 107 b3 *51? 148
a4 *43? 150 b4 *39? 187
a5 55 205 b5 *42? 229
a6 *49? 254 b6 *33? 262
a7 *41? 295 b7 *39? 301
a8 47 342 b8 32 333
a9 45 387 b9 *12? 349
sum *387? sum *345?

However, as I have shown earlier in this study, most such obstacles vanish when looking closer and we can therefore with some confidence rely on most of my numbers in the table above. E.g. is *387 + *345 = 732 = 2 * 368. And line Qa7 ends with glyph 295, which could be a Sign of the final of 10 synodical lunar months (an added 'adornment' to the rule of 2 glyphs per day - which ought to refer to Sun rather than to Moon).

An important point in the Q text is the gap between *Qb5-35 and *Qb5-36:

Hb3-5 Hb3-6 Hb3-7 Hb3-8 (756)
*Qb5-35 *Qb5-36 *Qb5-37 *Qb5-38 (612)
610 / 2 = 305 306

*Qb5-35 is glyph 609 and 609 / 3 = 203 = the day number for July 22.

At *Qb5-35 we can count 53 * 5 = 265, which could allude to the day number for September 22 (equinox). From vaha kai in *Qa7-18 to the September equinox there could be 265 - 135 = 130 days, in which case the 'inverted Fomalhaut' could be in May 15 (135). However, May 15 is neither the heliacal nor the nakshatra days of Piscis Austrinus.

Could May 15 refer to the culmination of some star? This could be a reason for inverting vaha kai. The culminations in May combine with heliacal risings in September and 135 + 229 = 365:

Denebola September 15 (258) 229 May 3 (488) 134
6 0   0
Gienah September 22 (265) 229 May 10 (495) 134
2 0   0
Acrux September 25 (268) 229 May 13 (498) 134
3 0   0
Porrima September 29 (272) 229 May 17 (502) 134
2 +1   -1
Cor Caroli October 2 (275) 229 May 20 (505) 134
1 0   0
Vindemiatrix October 4 (277) 229 May 22 (507) 134

But possibly day 426 (March 1) rather than Fomalhaut is the place for inverting vaha kai:

Saad Balaa 3 (288)   Leap night   4
February 28 (59) 29 (425) March 1
Ca13-1 (344) Ca13-2 Ca13-3
Kua haga te tagata kua haga e kua noi
Matar (344.2) Leap night no star listed

Day 135 from the beginning of side a on the Q tablet + 2 * 63 = 261 or 1 more than 260, and March 1 (426) - 260 = 166 (June 15), which number also fits for the number of days from March 21 to September 3:

Piscis Austrinus RA day Heliacal Date Nakshatra Date RA day
γ 346.5 March 2 September 1 (244) 164
δ 347.4 3 (63) 2 165
Fomalhaut 348.8 4 (429) 3 166
π 349.3 5 (65) 4 167
*Qa7-13 *Qa7-14 (268) *Qa7-15 *Qa7-16 *Qa7-17 *Qa7-18
134 270 / 2 = 135 136
