When in April 28 (118 = 4 * 29½ = 472 / 4) the Full Moon could
be observed close to the right ascension line for Toliman
(the star least far away from Mother Earth in the night sky)
then it would have been known that 3 days later, in May 1 (121 = 11 *
11), the Sun would reach the place of Bharani in the Northern Fly
asterism.

In the Golden Age of the Bull the Sun would have been at Toliman
in FEBRUARY 23 (day 365 + 54 = 419), which date in Roman times
was named
Terminalia (the end of the old year).
In the C text the design of the glyph following Toliman at the Full Moon
could have alluded to
Bissextum:

Cb1-13 could have been given its shape as a description of how
after Terminalia,
where the 'living creature' (manu rere) was exiting to the sky
(ki te ragi), there followed Bissextum - a pair of
nights normally to be counted as singular.
The reason for not perceiving something quite similar in the quoted
part of the B text above could be the glyph count. In the C
text Toliman is at glyph number 404 (= 400 + 4 = 364 + 40
= 300 + 104 = 227 + 177), but in the B text the glyph number is 147 (= 227 -
80).
In the C text the Centaur is finished (terminated), but perhaps
not yet quite so in the B text.
