The eye-catching (thought provoking) quartet from *360 is beginning with a figure which seems to call out (ragi) like a cock at dawn:

The back side of all 4 creatures are adorned with feathers, suggesting they are birds (gods).

I have earlier tried to count the number of feathers, and the result became 57.(→ 3 * 19) Thus the sum total of the feathers could have been intended to allude to 3 * 19 → 320 (Dramasa, the South Pole star) - 1.

It contained three of the sieu, and headed the list of zodiac signs as the Rat, which in the far East was the ideograph for 'water', and still so remains in the almanacs of Central Asia, Cochin China, and Japan ...
