Logically we should now take a new look at the glyphs

in Small Santiago, starting by calculating how many glyphs there are to the left and to the right. There might be more to these two glyphs than information about there being 6 months in each half year.

I have made a table to show how many glyphs there are in the Small Santiago calendar, and this table also shows how they are spread out over the year.

At the same time I have noted down (with red at the left in the table) how many 'feathers' there are in the glyphs of this type:

I regard this example, glyph no. 8 (in the first period), as having 6 'feathers'. Though possibly we should regard the number as 12 instead. If it shows 6, then it could mean 6 months or it could mean 6 double-months. But it could also mean something else. It is certainly not meaningless.
