38. The living spirit (breath) at Aries (the Hired Man, the Agrarian Worker) must have been regarded as Bharani (41 Arietis):
When north of the equator the Sun reached Zuben Elgenubi (α Librae) it was no longer even close to the September equinox. The spirit level which could be imagined to transport the Sun across from one equinox to the other had been disturbed:

And at the ancient time of Bharani the star at the North Pole was not Polaris but β Ursae Minoris - Kochab (as in Babylonian Kakkab = Star).
The change from Kochab to Polaris could have been caused by the right big toe of Cepheus:
