In other words, when people on Easter Island saw Fomalhaut close to the Full Moon they knew this was night number 164 (= 4 * 41) counted from March 21. This observation could then be confirmed by finding Altair culminating (at 21h).
Ca13-20 was no koti glyph because here the text on side a of the tablet had to explain why it carried 392 (= 365 + 27) glyphs.
