In G, we have found, there is an ika hiku glyph which is located just beyond the middle of the sun calendar year:

178 176
Gb8-30 Ga1-1 Ga7-11 (181) Ga7-12 Gb5-5 Gb5-6 (360)
180 180

In Q, on the other hand, we have investigated a pair of ika hiku glyphs and found them to arrive just before the end of the 8th lunar month (Te Pei).

But there is one more typical ika hiku glyph in G:

Ga7-21 Ga7-22 (192) Ga7-23 Ga7-24 Ga7-25
Ga7-26 Ga7-27 (197) Ga7-28 Ga7-29 Ga7-30 (200)

This one can be said to come just beyond those 192 days which are equal to half a year of 384 days. But a better explanation possibly may be to say it is just beyond 260 days counted from winter solstice:

258
Gb6-26 (1) Ga7-26 (260) Ga7-27

It will be discussed here.

In Ga7-23 haś has 16 'feathers', maybe meaning that 16 * 12 = 192 days are in the past.

Ga7-23 Ga7-24 Ga7-25 (195) Ga7-26 Ga7-27
Ga7-28 Ga7-29 Ga7-30 (200) Ga7-31 Ga7-32

'Feathers' on both sides presumably should be read as 'occulted'. In Ga7-25 the first of the Rogo glyphs has at left a limb with 6 + 6 = 12 'feathers'. Maybe each such means 15 days - 12 * 15 = 180.

In Ga7-32 there are, in the figure at left, 7 + 6 = 13 'feathers'. 13 * 15 = 195, possibly referring to glyph number 195 (Rogo in Ga7-25). Maybe 195 is another day of Rogo (in addition to day number 363). 363 - 195 = 168 (a wellknown rongorongo number).

Ika hiku in Ga7-27 has 4 + 3 'bent feathers', maybe meaning 'weak'. 7 days in a week times 27 = 189 days, which could refer to Ga7-19:

Ga7-18 Ga7-19 (189) Ga7-20 Ga7-21 Ga7-22 (192)
Ga7-23 Ga7-24 Ga7-25 Ga7-26 Ga7-27 (197)

7-19 is like a 'reversed' 197. 7 * 19 = 19 * 7 = 133. Maybe this number is related to 261 (= 9 * 29), because 133 + 2 * 64 (cfr later). Furthermore, 133 + 261 = 394 = 2 * 197.

If we think of ika hiku (the 'shark egg') as similar to rau hei, then a rising shark 197 days later is not difficult to understand:

Gb6-5 Gb6-6 Gb6-7 (390) Gb6-8 Gb6-9 Gb6-10
Gb6-11 (394) Gb6-12 Gb6-13 Gb6-14 Gb6-15 Gb6-16 (399)

Day 197 in Q is also telling about a rising shark:

*Qa7-11 *Qa7-12 (266)
197 = 266 / 2 + 64

But this one is quite different from the shark in Gb6-11. Its ordinal number reminds us of Te Pou (Sirius at 9 * 29.5), and we can count 394 - 266 = 128 = 2 * 64.

394 = 266 + 2 * 64 = 133 + 261. It means 261 = 2 * 64 + 133 = 128 + (128 + 5) = 256 + 5.

 ... 256 / 2 + 64 = 192, and 192 + 64 = 256. This paradox can be solved by reflecting on the facts. 4 * 64 = 256, and 192 = 3 * 64 ...

4 * 64 + 5 = 261.

4 * 64 + 10 = 266.

2 * 64 + 5 = 133.

6 * 64 + 10 = 384 + 10 = 394.
