The 400th glyph has the same ordinal number (6-17) as the first glyph of the Mamari moon calendar:

Gb6-17 (400) Gb6-18 Gb6-19 Gb6-20 Gb6-21 Gb6-22 Gb6-23 Gb6-24
Gb6-25 Gb6-26 Gb6-27 Gb6-28 Gb7-1 Gb7-2 Gb7-3 Gb7-4
34
Ca6-17 (157) Ca7-24 (192)
34
Ca7-25 Ca8-29 (228)

Maybe the idea is to add 243 to 157 in order to reach 400. Number 243 we found at rau hei:

242
Ga6-25 Gb6-26 (1)
winter solstice
242
Gb1-25 Ga1-25 (90)
spring equinox

400 is understandable, but neither 243 nor 157 are very clear. We have tried to explain 243 as 9 * 27, but 157 is a prime number. Perhaps 157 = 156 + 1, where 156 = 12 * 13.

If so, then 243 could be regarded as 244 - 1, where 244 = 4 * 61. It takes 4 double-months to return. 244 looks like a later incarnation of 144 (= 12 * 12), because 244 = 144 + 100.

400 = 4 * 61 + 12 * 13 = 100 + 12 * 12 + 12 * 13 = 100 + 300.

The last quarter of 400, the dark quarter, comes after 12 * 25 light days. Sun has 12 months with 25 days in each.

Such a 25-day long month consists of two parts, 12 respectively 13 days long. The 13-day part should come as '1 more' part, also as '1 more than 12'.

Ordinal number 250 can suddenly be understood as 120 + 130. Let us try with G:

Gb1-16 Gb1-17 Gb1-18 Gb1-19 Gb1-20 (250)
Gb1-21 Gb1-22 Gb1-23 Gb1-24 Gb1-25

And 251 + 157 = 408 = 409 - 1, the number of Gb6-25.

Ga5-9 is glyph number 250 - 130 = 120:

17
Ga5-4 Ga5-5 Ga5-6 Ga5-7 (118) Ga5-8 Ga5-9
18
Ga5-10 Ga5-11 Ga5-12 Ga5-13 Ga5-14 Ga5-15 Ga5-16

The 17th henua period recalls -17 in 6-17, and 6, of course, should be the sun.

118 (= 4 * 29.5) exhibits the sun in form of vai at right, and the preceding Rei (with 5 * 6 = 30) 'kicks' the new season into action.

118 + 64 = 182, i.e. it is midsummer. 12 (excluding 0 as irrelevant) times 15 = 180. 13 * 15 = 195 days will come next.

Rogo will then be in the past (Ga5-10). 121 + 64 = 185.

43 + 1 glyphs later he appears again, and then with number 6 * 24 = 144:

43 67
Ga5-10 Ga6-24
44 68
4 * 28 = 112
98 76 183
Gb1-3 Gb3-15 Gb6-26
100 260
360

According to Rogo at Ga5-10 the limit for him comes with day 185, according to Rogo at Ga6-24 his limit comes with day 229, and then he must be 'recycled':

63 120 43 242
Gb6-26 (409) Ga5-10 (121) Ga6-24 (165) Ga6-25
64 45 243
472 = 64 + 120 + 45 + 243

Midsummer seems to stretch for 45 days from Ga5-10 up to and including Ga6-24.

400 - 243 = 157. With 243 definitely located as the period from Ga6-25 to Gb6-26, there is room for 157 + 72 glyphs more in the text, which is equal to the number of glyphs on side a (229).

229 - 165 = 64 is equal to the number from Gb6-26 to the end of side b:

side b (242) side a (229)
178 63 120 43 63
Gb6-26 (409) Ga5-10 (121) Ga6-24 (165) Ga6-25
64 45 64

Rogo does not seem to be very much correlated with 400. He comes 9 days later than 400. But tamaiti may be correlated with 400:

Gb6-17 (400) Gb6-18 Gb6-19 Gb6-20 Gb6-21 Gb6-22 Gb6-23 Gb6-24
Gb6-25 Gb6-26 Gb6-27 Gb6-28 Gb7-1 Gb7-2 Gb7-3 (414) Gb7-4
