283 + 172 / 2 = 369, just around the corner from Hanga Te Pau:
Gb3-25 and Gb4-2 are the central vai glyphs:
The vai glyph type indeed seems to indicate the time when sun is absent. Next page:
The similarities connect Gb8-15 with Gb2-30: Ure comes before the last glyph, presumably indicating that the end is used to generate next season:
The pair at the end of the cycle have no mouths, but their necks are straight, while the pair at the end of the first part of the cycle are 'wilting' with open mouths. The end of the first part of the cycle is indicated by 2 * 30 = 60, the end of the full cycle with 8 * 15 = 120. The vai glyphs also indicate opposite situations. In Gb8-11 the sign says 'empty', while in Gb2-27 is says 'full':
Two descending fishes above a perfectly drawn circle are to be contrasted with one rising fish located on the same level as a very poorly drawn oval form:
I ought to add a page showing these facts: ... In many ways the glyphs surrounding Gb8-15 and Gb2-30 show that they belong together, which is amplified in this page.
