As already has been noted this is 'phase two' ('sitting person') of the three parallel sequences of glyphs.glyphs with a possible parallel at the end of this 'phase two':

 

Ba3-17 Ba3-18
Ba4-6 Ba4-7

Perhaps that means we should regard Ba3-17--18 as belonging to 'phase one' ('standing person with lumpy  leg'), in which case we should search for the parallel glyphs in 'phase three' ('staff'). Possibly we can find this parallel in Ba6-41:

The bottom part looks very similar in shape (though turned right 90o) as the left part of Ba3-18 and Ba4-7.
