The link 'open hands' leads to:
In Kb4-19 the head is displaced from its normal position into the place of a fist, in the glyph positioned as number 19 immediately before the invisible (presumably pito) glyph *Kb5-1:
An inverted henua ora is, it seems, the result of this displacement into a 'One Hunaphu' position. In Ga7-15 (as in the full moon night) an open hand is present. From the elbow a kind of growth emerges. In Ga7-20, a later stage, the open hand has closed and become a great fist. In this representation we ought to search for kava signs in the interval between Ga7-15 and Ga7-20. Hands towards heaven uplifted from the earth (henua) in Ga7-17 are similar to the position of Blood Moon under the tree. The kava time must therefore be in Ga7-18--19. Considering the sign of a little 'eye' as indicating kava in for instance Ca10-10, the presence in Ga7-19 of such a sign at bottom surely implies it is the dark time (-19) in which the 'ignitition' occurs:
It is a single 'eye', not two as in Gb5-25, implying the '1st generation'. It must be the generation of the 2nd half of the year, and '1st generation' refers to the generation accomplished by the 'head' of the 1st half of the year. In Ga7-18 it appears as if the top 'head' is severed from the bottom part, and the glyph therefore plays the male role, while Ga7-19 has a female role. It is female not only because of ordinal number 19 (darkness) but also by the canoe form - an upside down 'canoe' was the house (hare paega) of the Easter Islanders. Inside such a 'canoe' it was completely dark. Yet, here a 'baby sun' ignites. It is located at the bottom, while the old 'head' was at the top. Ga7-15 and Ga7-20 depict a woman (the 'Blood Moon'), and the form of the 'beak' is implying pregnancy. In Saturday, according to the H text, we now will recognize the reason for the little 'droplet' at bottom - it is the new week soon to be born:
Having established a sign of kava also in Ga7-19, we should look at distances:
There are several different possible starting points for counting. We can try systematically and begin at the beginning:
188 is very close to 190 (= 378 - 188), i.e. Gb5-25 is about twice the distance from Ga1-1. By manipulating we can change the numbers in different ways, for instance into 187 (not counting Ga1-26) respectively 376 (not counting Ga1-26 and not counting Gb1-6). Another way of counting is to begin at Ga1-26 respectively at Gb1-6:
4 is a number which probably must be included. Not only because it appears in 3 out of 4 places, but foremost because a 'year' ought to be possible to divide into 'quarters. 378 = 4 * 94.5 is not a good number, while 144 obviously is good. Therefore we must not jump over Ga1-26 or Gb1-6 when we count. A better number than 164 would be 4 * 42 = 168. To reach it we must begin with Ga1-22:
Much speaks for beginning to count at Ga1-22, i.e. 4 glyphs before Ga1-26. In the night calendar the first glyph beyond midnight is a 'canoe':
Ga1-21--22 are reflected in Ga7-19:
Therefore we ought to count like this:
168 = 6 * 28 (moon) and 144 = 6 * 24 (sun). Yet another 'map' for G has been discovered. And we possibly should imagine a pattern where 5 = (1 + 2) + (1 + 1):
