This glyph (Qb5-113) and its parallels are the only 'qualification glyphs' in 1a3:

The strange bulbous leg in Q has its parallel in P like a henua, whereas its parallel in H looks more normal. But not quite - normally (in H) it is the left leg that is longer, not the right one. The parallel glyph in P also exhibits a stramge long left arm ending in an inverted Y towards the ground.
