This is the first instance - I presume you follow the intended order of reading (week - month -year) - when we can see that the head of a human figure in parallel texts seems relatively unimportant. For in Large Santiago the head (in Hb9-53) is turned sideways and in Large St Petersburg it is seen with face forward.

What minor difference in meaning might there be? Face forward shows the ears, head turned sideways shows the mouth.

Perhaps ears means listening while mouth means talking or singing?
