Evidently this glyph is expressing the same meaning as the two parallel glyphs in Large Santiago Tablet:

The lifted hand towards the mouth perhaps is a sign which carries the meaning of kai = eat, talk and so on, all those things which can be done with the mouth.

I imagine that we have here a high standing 'splendid bird' who performs the act of kai, whatever this 'constellation' might mean.

It is, though, certainly not the same meaning as the standing person performing kai in Wednesday.
