Ideas:

1. This type of glyph evidently is intended to show a person with two fishes. A fish is called ika in most of the Polynesian languages. And by doubling ika we will get ikaika which usually means 'brilliant'.

Now, if we combine this information with the fact that in the Hawaiian islands the planet Jupiter was called Ikaika and that:

"In modern times much confusion prevails regarding the identification of the ancient names with individual planets." (Makemson)

Then it might perhaps be possible to 'read' this type of glyph as Ikaika, meaning Saturn on Easter Island.

2. A running person could very well be a sign for a planet - a moving star.
