I believe these variants of the same concept to be a mixture of GD24 and henua. GD24 has both open and closed variants. Pa5-44 has a hole (mata), not so Ha5-57 and Qa5-48. The other two maybe are nuts, eggs, fists, or something else exemplifying potential, such as hua = testicles.
