Could this character be a future ariki? These similar triplets of glyphs seem to be associated with the development of a king (ariki).
 
Ab2-5 has three straws at the back his head with the middle one short. A curved arm in front.

Ab2-6 is similar to type D, but thinner.

Aa3-72 is oriented en face (standing still with face towards us) with a hand sign at the top of the head in the west. The arm in front has no mata, but instead a pair of crescents. The sex is not male but female.

Aa3-73 is similar to type A, but with top left 'flame' in the northwest broad and with its pair of mata not round but squarish.

Aa3-74 is not unmarked, it has a straight vertical left side.

Aa4-1 is also a female looking straight at us (with no mouth visible). Underarm in form of 'Clara-knife', with a pentagonal shape attached to elbow. 

Aa4-2 is similar to type A, but with top left 'flame' broad and with the pair of mata not round (although different from those in Aa3-73).

Aa4-3 is marked not only with straight left side but also with an aberrant 'foot'.

Aa4-49 has the headgear and overall shape of an ariki (king).

Aa4-50 is similar to type D, but thinner. And top left 'flame' is broader. The mata are not round.

Aa4-51 is marked not only with straight left side but also with a thin middle. Like type A, but thinner.
