The last GD in the glyph catalogue is number 88 (now labeled hura). I have decided to continue beyond GD88 and leave the glyph dictionary open at the upper end:

 

 

The glyph dictionary will by using this method be possible to extend without in principle any limit, while the glyphs catalogue structure will remain as it is.
