The rather clear-cut (hopefully) distinctions between what glyph types belong to
which GD no longer becomes clear when the glyphs of the real texts are
encountered. Therefore I have, in the total list of glyphs belonging to a
certain GD, put hyperlinks to some other GD:s which may contain glyphs of
interest for the user, e.g.:
