This sign is similar to that of Rogo in Eb7-1 and also appears reversed at the end of the preceding line:

I believe the ua glyph type is formed to look like a pair of hands with 3 fingers, hands which signify the opposite of 'eating' (kai). If I am right, then ua should signify atumn in contrast to the kai sign of spring.
