The 2nd Rei in the text came 27 days later than Furud (ζ Canis Majoris), a place which coincided with the same day in Roman times, viz. when the 'Ship' (Naos, ζ in Argo Navis) was in day 6 * 29 = 174 (= 348 / 2):
This was the place where the Ship of Time had begun to move again, where the giantess Hyrrokkin had 'flung the ship so violently down the rollers at the first push that flames appeared' - which could explain the fiery feathers rising in front of the 31 henua glyphs:
In other words, the Ship of high summer may have refused to move until the Sun had reached the stars at the stern of Argo Navis:
Similarly the Sun had to reach Polaris and Sheratan before there could be a vaha kai in the cycle:
Possibly the number of glyphs in my perceived calendar, beginning with Rei at Naos, alluded to 'May 3 (123). In rongorongo times this was day number 123 + 27 = 150 (May 30). 16 (as in ●MARCH 16 and in Ga1-6) when added to 472 becomes 488 and 488 = 8 * 61. When the Sun reached Aldebaran in the age of Taurus it was in day 5 counting from the Hyades Gate, corresponding to 'May 1 in Roman times. And Caesar had his spring equinox at 'March 25 as if in recognition of the fact that once upon a time Aldebaran had risen with the Sun around MARCH 25.
