There was a Tree with an Eagle's nest at the top and a Serpent at bottom.

A niu appears 2 days after atariki:

I have only one word in my list which possibly might help us to understand te vage Rei, viz. ravagei, to prattle. Metoro used the expression also at Rei in Cb11-22 (where 112 * 2 = 14 * 16):

January 15 16 17 18 19 (384)
July 16 17 18 19 (200) 20

I earlier imagined a kind of Tree in Cb12-1 (= 11 * 11) and niu is definitely a Tree:

Cb11-22 (666) Cb12-1 Cb12-2 Cb12-3 (277)
Cb12-17 (683) Cb12-18 Cb12-19 Cb12-20 (294)

Possibly the 2nd group of glyphs is visualizing the opposite of the 1st group. The rising ika (not kahi according to Metoro) in Cb12-3 (easily recognized as a Sign for 360) is perhaps not inhaling a first breath but exhaling his last breath of air (before his limit at 13 * 29½).

There is a dot in front at Cb12-19 and 121 * 9 = 11 * 99. Furthermore, 685 = 5 (Sun) * 137, which should remind us of the beginning of the manzil calendar at Sheratan 1 and 137 days counted from January 1.

21h (319.6) = 9h (137.0) + 12h = Gregorian day 80 + 320 = 400 at Cb12-20.

As to Cb12-20 we could consider Gardiner's number D21:

If kahi in Cb12-3 is its opposite ika, then Cb12-20 should not be a devouring mouth but its opposite, viz. an opening for birth.
