In an overview from the beginning of January we can guess this was the 'House of the Eagle', where Sun had reached to the border of his domain:

The Eagle (King) himself was high up in the Lyra constellation and looking backwards, which Sign meant he had no future. We can see this both in Cb11-9 (te manu instead of manu rere) and in Hevelius:

There were 36 days from December 24 (358) to January 29 (394), to the beginning of Dhanishta with the S-formed Delphinus out in the Sea. Dolphins are breathing air and without air a fire will die out:

In other words, the subject matter of the rongorongo text ought here to be the transition from the previous year, how Sun could return beyond the end of his year.

But there was not a single year but a pair of 'years', first the front side (ariga) 'year' - where Metoro's te possibly meant Sun was present and shining on the land - and then the back side 'year':

In rongorongo times Sun reached μ Aquilae

in January 11 (where 111 = 376 - 265) and if in the night the Full Moon was visible then Castor could be observed close to her. In the previous night Antares had culminated:

Rain could have been illustrated by ua in Cb12-2 and the added mata at left may have been a reference to the bottom part of the preceding glyph - where the flowing 'hair' probably represented water and where the central 'column' possibly could refer to ξ Aquilae.

Egyptian djed Phoenician sāmekh Greek xi Ξ (ξ)

... In rongorongo times the last Greek lettered star in Orion (ξ) rose with the Sun in June 21. The letter seems to have originated from the Phoenician letter samekh (tent peg, supporting prop), which in turn may have been derived from the ancient Egytian djed column ...

Bezek in Poland was outside the domain of Emperor Hadrian and this was 13 days later than Bered in Dacia, 275 - 262 = 13:

Metoro avoided his usual te kahi and instead said te ika (victim) at January 18 - where the measure 13 * 29½ = 383½ could have meant Sun had to 'go down to the fishes'.

And the idea of 'going away' (oho) continued for another 4 days counted from 20h:
