Metoro's words here confirm we are on the right track, because te hare pure means the 'house' (te hare) of a sea-shell (pure).

The Rain God is immersed, wading in the sea (among shells and fishes), in his 6th station, with a 'snake' in his left hand and in his right a hewing implement (a flint stone) ready to strike down:

From July 25, the day of St James (with a bivalve on his shoulder) to the shell in Ca7-24 there are 272 - 206 = 66 days:

Al Muakhar 5 6 7 (344) 90 Alhena 4 5 6 (72)

366 (= 300 + 66)

182 days prior to September 29 is the last day before April 1 (91) and possibly also RA day 192 (September 29) should be the last day before a new 'year'. 364 - 192 = 172 (the Gregorian day number for the June solstice).

September 29 can be regarded either as the 29th day in the 9th month or as the 29th day in the 7th month - because the Latin septem means 7. We can either count 7-29 as 72 * 9 = 648 or 9-29 as 92 * 9 = 828. The former alternative is more likely, becaus the glyph line is number 7 and Ca7-24 can be counted as 72 * 4 = 288 (= 648 - 360).
