Alrescha 4 is day 354 (= 12 * 29½) and May 5 is day 125 (= 5 * 5 * 5). Perhaps these facts made the creator of the C text decide to put a pair of sitting persons (erua kiore) back to back in Ca8-28--29.
But November 4 (308) - August 25 (237) = 71 days and therefore it might have been necessary to continue to November 6, where 73 could allude to 365 / 5. Furthermore, if there was a year with 372 days, then day 310 at November 6 could indicate the end of 10 months. (And the number of glyphs on the front side of the G tablet is 230, counted from Gb8-30.)
If the intention was to present a 'Moon calendar', then the measure 2 * 29½ = 59 ought to have been used. Counting backwards from November 4 this means its beginning could be in Gregorian day 308 - 59 = 249 (September 6):
