According to Hevelius the star Albali is in the cloth in the left hand of Aquarius:

Sadalsud (β) is at his left shoulder and Sadalmelik (α) at his right shoulder. Sadachbia (γ) follows on his right arm, and then π is on his right thumb.

The flow from his Urn is beginning with κ and goes down to λ, φ, χ, ψ, and ω.

Let's update the manzil table:

Nawaa Manzil Begins on Number of days Stars
Ash Shabt 18 Al Naam 16 Jan (381) 13 257 Ascella and Nunki
19 Al Baldaah 29 Jan (394) 13 270 Al Baldah (π)

The Three Saads 20 Saad Al Thabib 11 Febr (407) 15 285 Saad Al Thabih
21 Saad Balaa 26 Febr (422) 13 298 Albali (ε)
22 Saad Al Saud 11 March (435) 13 311 Sadalsud (β)

Hameemain 23 Saad Al Akhbia 24 March (448) 13 324 Sadachbia (γ)
24 Almuqaddam 6 April (461) 13 337 Almuqaddam

There is a star (π) in Sagittarius with the name Al Baldah:

Shaula 1 2 3 4 (600) 5 (236) 6

Wezen (107.1)

The distance from Al Baldah (π Sagittarii) to the first day of the manzil Al Baldaah is 394 - 370 = 24 days.

The nawaa Ash Shabt seems to be prior to Aquarius. This is rather obvious because the god Balder was shot by an arrow, which explains why there no longer is any ruling star for the 19th manzil Al Baldaah:

Nawaa Manzil Begins on Number of days Stars
Ash Shabt (Sagittarius) 18 Al Naam 16 Jan (381) 13 257 Ascella and Nunki (ζ resp ς)
19 Al Baldaah 29 Jan (394) 13 270 Al Baldah (π)

The Three Saads (Aquarius) 20 Saad Al Thabib 11 Febr (407) 15 285 Saad Al Thabih
21 Saad Balaa 26 Febr (422) 13 298 Albali (ε)
22 Saad Al Saud 11 March (435) 13 311 Sadalsud (β)

Hameemain 23 Saad Al Akhbia 24 March (448) 13 324 Sadachbia (γ)
24 Almuqaddam 6 April (461) 13 337 Almuqaddam

Questions remain, for instance which star was 'Saad Al Thabih'? And why was there no manzil Saad Al Melik?

The last star of Aquarius is ω, which rose in RA day 359.2 = Gregorian day 359.2 + 80 - 365¼ = 74 (Mars 15 in an ordinary year).

From ε (Albali) to ω there are 359.2 - 314.8 = 44.4 days. From ε to η (at the end of his right hand) there are 342.1 - 314.8 = 27.3 days.

The flow from the Urn is beginning with Situla (κ) which rose only 342.7 - 342.1 = 0.6 days later than η. From Situla to ω there are 359.2 - 342.7 = 16½ days.

From Sadachbia (γ, at the right elbow) to ω there are 359.2 - 334.6 = 24.6 days and well enough to have some later star in Aquarius ruling the manzil Almuqaddam. Reasonably the structure should have also the nawaa Hameeman ruled by Aquarius.
