1. The 3rd glyph in line a2 is of the moe type:

Ga2-1 Ga2-2 Ga2-3 (34) Ga2-4
moe

Another moe, Ga1-20, we have passed in silence earlier:

Ga1-16 Ga1-17 Ga1-18 Ga1-19
Ga1-20 (21) Ga1-21 Ga1-22 Ga1-23
Ga1-24 Ga1-25 (26) Ga1-26 Ga1-27
Ga1-28 Ga1-29 Ga1-30

By comparing these moe glyphs it becomes evident that the long neck probably is a sign in Ga2-3:

moe Ga1-20 (21) Ga2-3 (34)

The long neck of moe is in contrast to the short neck of tagata toki:

Ga2-1 Ga2-2 Ga2-3 (34) Ga2-4

It could mean moe in Ga2-3 is a forerunner of 'earth' (summer when the sky is high and the tagata glyphs have long necks):

summer
Ga2-5 Ga2-6 Ga2-7 Ga2-8 Ga2-9 Ga2-10

In a way we can therefore say summer is beginning already with Ga2-3, i.e. it has 8 glyphs and 8 months (equal to the number of lines on side a).

From this perspective we can indeed discern a difference from Ga2-2 to Ga2-4 which has its left 'leg' equal in form and length to that in Ga2-6:

Ga2-2 Ga2-4 Ga2-6

Ga2-3--4 (Venus respectively Saturn) apparently represents a transitional stage between 'sky' and 'earth'. Moe is trying to look ahead (though still heavy with sleep) instead of looking straight at us.
