stars (Scheat Aquarii and Scheat Pegasi).

Scheat was the last of the 10 kings
before the Flood, Scheat was the star of Noah, Xiusudra, etc.:
... Brown
associates it [Hamal] with Aloros, the first of the ten
mythical kings of Akkad anterior to the Deluge, the
duration of whose reigns proportionately coincided with
the distances apart of the ten chief ecliptic stars
beginning with Hamal, and he deduces from this kingly
title the Assyrian Ailuv, and hence the Hebrew
Ayil; the other stars corresponding to the other
mythical kings being Alcyone, Aldebaran, Pollux,
Regulus, Spica, Antares, Algenib, Deneb Algedi, and
Scheat ...
Anciently Scheat was positioned where the
Sun reached the end of the year (in late DECEMBER). In the
Gregorian calendar this was also at the end of a year,
a year which evidently could have begun according to Roman custom,
with
'March 1 belonging at the end of 'February:
... The leap day was introduced as
part of the Julian reform. The day following the
Terminalia (February 23) was doubled, forming the 'bis
sextum - literally 'double sixth', since
February 24 was 'the sixth day before the Kalends of
March' using Roman inclusive counting (March 1 was
the 'first day') ...
The Flood came after Scheat, after
DECEMBER. This is easy to understand. And at the time of
Gregory XIII precession had moved the Scheat twins ahead in the year with 64 - 4 = 60 days to the beginning
of ºMarch. But his calendar
was a map of current Sun time and the Deluge was so far
back in time as to be merely a myth.
His zero cardinal point
was the current northern spring equinox (0h), which 'happened to be' 60
days after JANUARY 19 (384 = 13 * 29½ + ½). Whereas in rongorongo times
the southern spring equinox was at Gienah (*185):

Thus we could interpret the first 182
nights illustrated by knots in the tresses of
Pachamama as the nights from
ºJanuary 1 up to and
including ºJuly 1. Or
as the first 182 nights from MAY 3 (123) up to and
including OCTOBER 31
(304).
Mother Earth (Pacha Mama) rotated,
as could be observed in the night when the stars rose up
in the east - although they of course stood still firmly
fixed to the dome of the sky.
She rotated from the west to the east and
the stars which came up first were those which had
descended first. The stars belonging in the first group
of 3 * 26 = 78 days would descend in the west before the
stars rising in the following 4 * 26 = 104 days.
The tresses to the right on her back
corresponded to the first 182 = 7 * 26 days of the year.
They rose first, because Pachamama was rotating
from right to left (withershins).
Beyond the first 182 days rose an Arrow shot from
an Archer - shot by a blind man (Höder) who could not
see what he was doing, viz. aiming at his brother (Balder).
