The parallel K text can be used to throw more light on what time it is. The bird at right in *Ka1-21 is parallel with gagana at *Ga1-18:

... ... ...
Ka1-10 Ka1-11 Ka1-12 *Ka1-13 *Ka1-14 *Ka1-15
... ...
*Ka1-16 *Ka1-17 *Ka1-18 *Ka1-19 *Ka1-20 *Ka1-21
*Ka1-22 *Ka1-23 *Ka1-24

Presumably the 4 + 1 absent glyphs have been left out intentionally and what looks like partly obliterated glyphs have not been drawn otherwise. I have arrived at this conclusion after having contemplated what the text possibly means.

The general meaning of the end of line a1 in K can be made out by counting in terms of 7 and by following the order of our week. But we should not begin with Sunday but with Friday, the day of Venus.

To explain why, I must refer the reader to a few extra pages.
