The only 'true' koti glyph in Tahua is located among glyphs which resemble those of Wednesday - Saturday in C:
Koti at Ca3-12 (with 3 * 12 = 36) is - we have seen - close to the end of the year (with Rogo at Ca3-25, only 5 days later). Jupiter (the 'evening sun') rules to the end of 360 days, then koti illustrates the 'release of a new one':
In Tahua there are superficial similarities, but the koti glyph is upside down (compared with Ca3-12), and -36 is not reversed as 63, the ordinal number of Ca3-12. Maybe Ab4-36 indicates the reverse of 'Jupiter leaving'? If so, then the location should be half a year away, compared with winter solstice. Ua in Ab4-40 may indicate the onset of the rainy (cloudy, dark) season. We must investigate and a discussion follows here. |
