Ure signs come before the last glyphs, presumably indicating that the end is used to generate next phase:
The pair at the end of the full cycle have no mouths, but their necks are straight, while the pair at the end of the first part of the cycle are 'wilting' with open mouths. The end of the first part of the cycle is indicated by 2 * 30 = 60, and the end of the full cycle with 8 * 15 = 120. The vai glyphs also indicate opposite situations. In Gb8-11 the uplifted empty hand sign says 'empty', while in Gb2-27 hipu at bottom left says 'full':
Two descending fishes above a perfectly drawn circle are to be contrasted with one rising fish located on the same level as a poorly drawn oval form:
