We ought to search for kava signs in the interval between Ga7-15 and Ga7-20. Hands towards heaven uplifted from the earth (henua) in Ga7-17 are positioned like Blood Moon under the 'tree'. The 'kava time' must lie in the interval Ga7-17--19.

Ga7-15 Ga7-16 Ga7-17 Ga7-18 Ga7-19 Ga7-20

During my work with documenting in the glyph catalogue all the rima glyphs in the long text of the Santiago Staff I came to understand that a little 'eye' instead of a thumb in rima glyphs (as in for instance Ca10-10) indicates kava. The presence in Ga7-19 of such a little 'eye' at bottom surely implies it is in the dark time (-19) 'ignitition' occurs:

kava rima Ca10-10 Gb5-25 Ga7-19

It is a single 'eye', not two as in Gb5-25, implying the '1st generation'. It must be the generation of the 2nd half of the year. The '1st generation' refers to the generation accomplished by the 'head' of the 1st half of the year.
