Investigating what pure glyphs might mean, lead to the discovery of how 'summer' is defined by mago and 'humpback':

Ka3-1 Ka3-2 Ka3-3 Ka3-4 Ka3-5 Ka3-6 Ka3-7
50
Ka4-14 Ka4-15 *Kb2-14 *Kb2-15 *Kb2-16
48 'summer' 101 102

There are 52 glyphs in 'summer', 26 from Ka4-15 up to the 2nd Rei (Kb1-11) and 26 from this Rei up to *Kb2-15.

We can try to count 26 glyphs beyond *Kb2-14, beginning with *Kb2-15 as number 1. Kb4-5 will then be number 25 (not 26):

Kb4-1

Kb4-2

Kb4-3

Kb4-4

Kb4-5

21

22

23

24

25

A henua concave at right with a 6-feather maro should mark the end of a sun cycle. In E we found the 'light mauga' cycle to be 6 * 25 = 150 glyphs long.

The calendar probably has several functions and we should not be daunted. We continue counting.
