The supposed connection between tara and maitaki+marama, shown in two instances, E respectively G (and K):

Eb7-36 Eb7-37 Eb7-38 Ga1-19 Ga1-20 Ga1-21

on closer examination proved to be the result of a parallel text (Eb7-36--Eb8-12 compared with *Ka1-22--Ka2-22). In Eb8-13 another tara can then be used (together with the following glyph) to draw a further tentative conclusion about the character of tara:

Eb8-12 'equals' Ka2-4, Eb8-14 'equals' Ka2-3 and therefore Eb8-13 probably 'equals' Ka2-5.
Eb8-10 Eb8-11 Eb8-12 Eb8-13 Eb8-14
Ka2-2 Ka2-3 Ka2-4 Ka2-5 Ka2-6 Ka2-7 Ka2-8 Ka2-9 Ka2-10

Eb8-15 Eb8-16 Eb8-17 Eb8-18 Eb8-19 Eb8-20
Eb8-21 Eb8-22 Eb8-23 Eb8-24 Eb8-25 Eb8-26 Eb8-27 Eb8-28 Eb8-29

The ordinal numbers for the five tara glyphs found in E are 26 (in Ea9-26), 36 (in Eb7-36), and - above - 13, 15, and 24, numbers which - like 29 - point at 'the end'. 26 is the last kuhane station for the current king (Hanga Moria One), 15 is the night when moon will grow no more, 13 is the number of moon months in a year, 24 the number of solar half-months in a year, and 36 the number of 'decades' in the solar calendar (with 360 days). In the 29th night the moon is not visible.
