Period 0 we first defined as containing the 3 glyphs Ka3-12--14, later (at hau in the dictionary) we redefined period 0 to be:

Ka3-8 Ka3-9 Ka3-10 Ka3-11 Ka3-12 Ka3-13 Ka3-14

Now, considering evidence which points at Ka3-12 being the 8th and last of a group where this type of glyph marks the end of a period, it becomes probable that period 0 should be once again redefined, now to include only the two glyphs at the end.

The 'fire fingers' in Ka3-13 and Ka13-14 possibly refer to the 1st respectively the 2nd half of the year, both of which are being 'ignited' at the beginning of the year.

The new definition of period 0 regroups Ka3-8--12 together with the preceding 3 glyphs into:

Ka3-5 Ka3-6 Ka3-7 Ka3-8
Ka3-9 Ka3-10 Ka3-11 Ka3-12

The beginning of line a3 evidently consists of 4 glyphs which belong together as a first third of the 12 glyphs:

Ka3-1 Ka3-2 Ka3-3 Ka3-4
